Heidi joined M.A. Kluemke and Associates as Client Relationship Manager in September of 2018. She is the point of contact for all aspects of client servicing and records administration. Heidi provides support throughout the office and is a great resource for any inquiries regarding account transfers, money movements, and general account questions and requests.
Prior to joining our team, Heidi worked in finance, insurance, and the airline industry. Heidi is a graduate of Sacred Heart - Griffin High School and University of Illinois in Champaign - Urbana where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Heidi is married to Chris Daly who is a firefighter for the City of Springfield, and they have two boys, Levi and Isaac. She also enjoys traveling, time with friends, spending time outdoors, and watching her boys' sporting events.
