Nick McGhee is the lead financial advisor at M.A. Kluemke and Associates. He is fully registered, holding Series 7 and 66 registrations, along with life and health insurance licenses. Nick is dedicated to delivering excellent client service, with a strong focus on education and helping clients understand their financial decisions.

Nick graduated from Illinois College in 2022 with a major in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Economics. He is also an alumnus of Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, IL. Nick has a passion for the financial markets and finds purpose in breaking down complex financial topics and aligning them with each client’s unique goals and objectives. He began his career with M.A. Kluemke and Associates in May 2021 while still in college as an intern before joining the team full-time after graduation.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Bears with his twin brother, Ben. He also loves golfing and watching UFC, a sport he appreciates through his background in martial arts—he holds a black belt in Karate. Nick is married to his high school sweetheart, Mackenzie, and they live in Williamsville, IL, with their cat, Wrigley.

Heidi joined M.A. Kluemke and Associates as Client Relationship Manager in September of 2018. She is the point of contact for all aspects of client servicing and records administration. Heidi provides support throughout the office and is a great resource for any inquiries regarding account transfers, money movements, and general account questions and requests.

Prior to joining our team, Heidi worked in finance, insurance, and the airline industry. Heidi is a graduate of Sacred Heart - Griffin High School and University of Illinois in Champaign - Urbana where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Throughout her tenure, Heidi has demonstrated exceptional dedication and proficiency in nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Her commitment to understanding client needs and delivering excellent service has been instrumental in fostering long-lasting partnerships.

Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Heidi is married to Chris Daly who is a Captain on the Fire Department for the City of Springfield, and they have two boys, Levi and Isaac. She also enjoys traveling, time with friends, spending time outdoors, and watching her boys' sporting events.

Mark Kluemke is the founder of M. A. Kluemke and Associates, and his impact is felt throughout the firm. A graduate of Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL, Mark started in the industry in 1988 as an advisor. His father, who was in the financial services industry for 31 years, preceded Mark in the business. Mark spent the next 10 years training and developing advisors in Illinois and Michigan. Mark became an independent advisor in 2000 where he leveraged the skills he developed to help benefit his clients.

Mark had a passion for teaching people how money works, which reflected his commitment to client education. By establishing meaningful relationships with clients, he provided the counseling and resources to identify their goals, envision their retirement years, and develop a blueprint for the rest of their lives. Mark felt that the most rewarding aspect of his career was seeing clients implement the recommendations they developed together and experience the difference it made in their lives.

Mark was married to his wife, Amy, for over 30 years. He valued the relationships he had built within his business and community, and he was fortunate to have many clients that he could call friends. Because he had been in the business for many years, he was able to see the difference his financial planning had made for families in the community throughout their lifetimes.
